Sam Malone living a dream at the University of Kentucky

Sam Malone - photo by Walter Cornett | WildcatWorld.comSam Malone is a young man who is determined to love his life, so it should have come as no surprise when he Tweeted, “I wouldn’t want to be anyone in the world but me.”  Malone, a freshman guard on the University of Kentucky basketball team, wrote that five days before making a cut during a Dec. 17 game with Chattanooga, only to tear the anterior cruciate ligament in his knee. Yet, after thinking about his plight and undergoing Jan. 4 surgery, the Scituate resident hasn’t changed his outlook.
