Ryan Harrow may be battling more than flu

Former University of basketball star is entering his third season with the Washington Wizards, but he still tracks the Wildcats the way weathermen track storm fronts.

“Every game,” Wall said by telephone Friday. “Come on, man. I don’t miss a game.”

But Wall, like the rest of the nation, has been unable to get much of a look at the latest point guard to step into his shadow. Ryan Harrow missed his second consecutive game Friday night, when the Wildcats clobbered 101-49, and he was not on the bench, either.

Coach has said Harrow is battling flu-like symptoms, and before Friday’s game the athletic department’s Twitter account said his status is day-to-day. So Wall and Wildcats fans everywhere continue to wait to see if Harrow can lead this team, if he is ready.
