Orlando Antigua accepts offer to coach South Florida Bulls

assistant coach has accepted an offer to become the head coach at South Florida, the school said Monday.

USF gave new coach a five-year deal, sources said.

The contract is for five years, sources said Monday.

Antigua has been at since 2009 and also was an assistant under Wildcats coach at in 2008. He previously spent five seasons as an assistant at his alma mater, Pittsburgh.

After his collegiate career at Pitt, Antigua played seven seasons with the Harlem Globetrotters.
