Three Kentucky players registered double-doubles as the Cats blasted Tec de Monterrey (Mexico) 102-40 on Thursday night at Baha Mar Resort.

Sahvir Wheeler had 14 points and 10 assists while Chris Livingston had 14 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Oscar Tshiebwe had 10 points and 14 rebounds, while Jacob Toppin notched 12 points and grabbed 11 boards.

Three other Cats scored in double figures in the game. Adou Thiero had 13 points for UK, Antonio Reeves added 11 and Daimion Collins had 10 as Kentucky won in blowout fashion for the second straight night.

Kentucky made 40 of 75 (53.3 percent) from the floor in the game, despite hitting just seven of 26 (26.9 percent) from behind the arc. The Cats dominated the boards, grabbing 65 rebounds to just 22 for Tec de Monterrey.

On January 13, 2009, Jodie Meeks scored 54 points at Tennessee in a 90-72 victory for the most points in a single game by a Kentucky player. Meeks played 39 minutes and went 15-of-22 from the field, including 10-of-15 from behind the arc. He also didn't miss from the free-throw line, where he went 14-of-14.  He also hauled in eight rebounds and kicked out four assists.  The 54 points by Meeks was also the most points scored in an SEC game since Chris Jackson from LSU tallied 55 against Ole Miss in 1989.
