Doron Lamb set a Kentucky record for most points by a freshman, scoring 32 as the 13th-ranked Wildcats rolled by Winthrop 89-52 on Wednesday. Lamb broke the record of 31 set by Jamal Mashburn on Feb. 3, 1991 against Georgia on a nifty layup that put the Wildcats up by 28 with 6:38 remaining.
