The drug case against former Oklahoma State basketball coach Sean Sutton has been dismissed by a judge and his record has been expunged. Sutton’s attorney, Trace Morgan, confirmed Friday that Payne County Associate District Judge Stephen Kistler had granted Sutton’s motion to speed up his deferred sentence.
