It’s almost time for a big fundraiser that benefits the future International Bluegrass Music Center in downtown Owensboro.
The scramble starts tomorrow afternoon at 1 at the Owensboro Country Club on East Byers Avenue.
As the name hints, several of Owensboro’s hometown heroes are participating.
So far, Rex Chapman, Cliff Hagan, the Hayden brothers, and several others are scheduled to play in the scramble.
After the event, they’ll be inducted into the Owensboro Walk of Fame.
