The Oklahoma City Thunder waived guard DeAndre Liggins on Friday after he was charged with seven felony counts in a domestic-violence case.
The 24-year-old was arrested Saturday after his girlfriend told police he attacked her in front of their 2-year-old son.
The (Oklahoma City) Oklahoman reported Friday that Liggins was charged with three counts of domestic abuse, two counts of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, one count of kidnapping and one count of violating a protective order.
