Kentucky holds off St. Joseph’s in unexpected overtime thriller

The Kentucky Wildcats outlasted the St. Joseph’s Hawks on Monday night in Lexington by a score of 96-88 that went into overtime.

Both guards went four of six from the floor in the first half while the rest of the Kentucky team combined to go six of 17. It all added up to a 41-38 lead for the Cats at the break.

Kentucky returns to action on Friday night, hosting Marshall at Rupp Arena. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. and the game can be seen on the SEC Network.
