  • After a UK turnover, TAMU’s Tyrece Radford made two foul shots with 7.8 seconds left.
  • Dillingham missed a 3-pointer but Sheppard was fouled on the rebound with 0.6 seconds left. Sheppard made both shots to send it to overtime. 

In the Overtime

  • TAMU scored the first five points of overtime and never trailed in the extra period. 
  • UK missed all eight of its field goal attempts in overtime and didn’t score until 39 seconds left, when Sheppard was fouled on a 3-pointer and made two of three free throws.
